The data controller is Sea View Property Limited — a company with registered office in Kiwengwa, Zanzibar, Tanzania — Z-NUMBER Z052300958, ZTN Z052300958-040, TIN 129681993, VRN 07200309L, operating under the brand PADEL-VIAGGI / Sporting Club Zanzibar. For any privacy-related request you can write to info@padel-viaggi.it.

• Contact details provided through the booking request form: first name, last name, email, phone number, desired dates, free-text notes and any ambassador code.
• Account credentials (email + encrypted password) for the customer, ambassador and partner reserved area.
• Personal and tax data provided for the issuance of tax documents (ambassadors/partners: company name, VAT number).
• Content of communications that you voluntarily send us via email or WhatsApp.

We do not collect special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR) nor data concerning children under 16.

• Managing your booking request and responding to your queries — Art. 6.1.b GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request).
• Creating and managing your account in the reserved area — Art. 6.1.b GDPR (performance of a contract).
• Tax and accounting obligations for confirmed bookings and ambassador/partner compensation — Art. 6.1.c GDPR (legal obligation).
• Security of the reserved area (authentication, abuse prevention) — Art. 6.1.f GDPR (legitimate interest).

We do not use your data for automated marketing or profiling. We do not carry out automated decision-making pursuant to Art. 22 GDPR.

Data is processed by the controller's authorised personnel. For technical and organisational purposes only, it may be accessed by:

• Cloud infrastructure provider (hosting, database, authentication) — Lovable Cloud / Supabase, appointed as data processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
• Partner travel agency — Tatami Viaggi, limited to trip operations (flight bookings, transfers, excursions).

We do not disclose or sell your data to third parties for their own purposes.

Personal data collected are not transferred to Tanzania: they remain hosted by data processors located in the EU/EEA. The cloud infrastructure used to deliver the service may involve the transfer of data to countries outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers take place on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Art. 46 GDPR) and with appropriate supplementary measures.

• Unconfirmed booking requests: 24 months.
• Account data: until you delete it or after inactivity exceeding 24 months.
• Accounting and tax data related to confirmed bookings: 10 years (legal obligation).
• Email/WhatsApp communications: up to 24 months after the last interaction.

You may exercise the rights provided by Articles 15-22 GDPR at any time:

• access to your data and a copy thereof;
• rectification of inaccurate data;
• erasure ("right to be forgotten");
• restriction of or objection to processing;
• portability of data in a structured format.

If you believe the processing violates the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (for Italy: the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali) — garanteprivacy.it).
